Large Transfer Budget!... It All Boils Down To Arsene Wenger

It is no longer news that Arsenal are hugely interested in Fellani and many have been speculating that he could be the first big name to join Arsenal this summer.
And according to the Daily Mail Fellani is reportedly interested in joining Arsenal this summer, but Wenger is said to be reluctant to sign the 25-year-old for the high price.

So, is Arsene Wenger willing to spend or not?
Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis just said that Arsenal would spend big money this summer, but only on top-notch players.
Fellaini is a top-notch player. He's an aggressive defender, an excellent passer and a serious aerial threat. Of course, he also comes complete with a release clause priced at £23 million.
Reports have it that Fellani would have been a done deal, but Wenger as usual is dragging his feet as pertaining to the transfer fee.
Another point to look at now might be the fact that Wenger is on a lot of pressure right now. The world knows that he has £70 million in his hands for the transfer window and he doesnt want to rush in and get players that won't fit in. Arsenal has a playing pattern and I believe he needs players that won't need a lot of time to adapt to the playing system of Arsenal.

Like they always say nothing good comes easy, Wenger shouldn't be hoping to find a top notch player that is not expensive. for as far as he needs quality he has to spend, and a lot at that!
