WHO IS OUR BEST PLAYER???

WHO IS OUR BEST PLAYER???

Its quite evident that Arsenal seem to have lost all its best players over the last couple of  years, The likes of Van Persie, Nasri, Fabregas, Song, Clichy have all left but this year seems to be different. It makes me wonder, is it that we don't have a good player that other clubs want? Or that other clubs no we won't make the 'Van Persie' mistake again? But if i should ask, who is our best player?

So many names come to mind like Mertesacker, Koscielny, Arteta, Podolski and Giroud, they are all good players, but being at the top of their game always, that I am not sure!
To judge this honestly, I always compare both teams on any match day. I ask myself, would any Arsenal Player have a starting shirt in the opposition's team? Now of course at the smaller games, the majority of players from Arsenal would, but when it comes to Chelsea, City, United and even Spurs, its hard to find 3-4 players that will have that starting shirt.
The three main candidates for our best player in my opinion are Walcott, Wilshere and Cazorla. Not amazing choices if I’m honest and although Wilshere is real quality, he still has a lot to learn and improve on and I don’t think he is quite our best player, at least not yet.
Walcott, although very inconsistent, proved his worth and ability by scoring 21 goals this season and from a winger’s position for the majority of the time, that’s pretty good. Hopefully he can continue that form and play even better next year, but once again I don’t think he’s our best player.
This leaves us with Cazorla, the £13 million signing from Malaga last summer. He is an absolutely fantastic and amazing talent and he certainly proved how important he is to this Arsenal team, from his performances last season. The Spaniard had very impressive statistics for a midfielder, not to mention it was his first season in England. Cazorla also won the Arsenal Player of the Year award and I feel that he is our best player at this current time because he seemed to be involved in every single attack and goal last season. A truly fantastic player and we are really lucky to have him.
I think there’s little chance of Cazorla leaving, so hopefully we can improve on this current Arsenal team and build a squad that can help challenge for silverware once again, with the help of our Spanish Magician Santi Cazorla.
Do you agree Gooners?
